Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 2-4 business days (Monday – Friday).

Please note that this does not include weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. You can see the final shipping cost at checkout after you have entered your shipping address.

International Shipping

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s journey directly from the carrier’s website. If you can’t find your tracking email, please check your spam folder.

Delivery Issues

• Incorrect Address: If you realize your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately. We can update the address if your order has not yet been processed. Once it has shipped, we cannot change the address.
