Pre-Order Terms
- Payment: Full payment required at time of pre-order
- Estimated Dates: Ship dates are estimates only and subject to change
- Delays: We’ll notify you of any delays exceeding 30 days
- Cancellation: You may cancel for full refund until item ships
- Price Protection: If price drops before shipping, we’ll refund the difference
Limited Edition & Exclusive Items
- Quantity Limits: Maximum 2 units per customer/household
- No Resale: Items purchased for personal use only, not for resale
- Address Verification: We may cancel duplicate orders to same address
- Final Sale: Limited editions may be final sale (no returns) if specified
Bundle & Promotional Offers
Bundle Terms
- Cannot be combined with other offers
- No substitutions or partial returns
- Bundle pricing valid only when all items purchased together
- Limited time offers may end without notice
Discount Codes
- One code per order unless specified
- Cannot be applied retroactively
- No cash value or exchanges
- May exclude certain products

Warranty Conditions
Warranty Coverage
- Valid only with proof of purchase from okayartgames.com
- Non-transferable – warranty applies to original purchaser only
- Void if: Product opened/modified, liquid damage, misuse, or unauthorized repair
- Claim process: Contact support with order number and issue description
- Resolution: Repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion
Affiliate Program Terms
- Commission Payment: Subject to 30-day hold for returns/refunds
- Prohibited Activities: No self-referrals, cookie stuffing, or trademark bidding
- Content Standards: Affiliates must clearly disclose relationship
- Termination: We may terminate for violation with forfeited commissions
Subscription & Auto-Renewal
If we offer subscription services in the future:
- Billing occurs at signup and automatically on renewal date
- Cancel anytime before next billing cycle
- No refunds for partial periods
- We’ll notify you of price changes 30 days in advance
Contest & Giveaway Rules

Prize Terms
- No cash alternatives
- Winner pays any taxes

Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, pandemics, or acts of God
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
